The USETPA respects the privacy of our buyers and vendors.  We do not share contact information except as made available to other users in a users public profile.  We do not share buyers email addresses with vendors or anyone outside of the portal.  We do not share details of proposals and purchasing decisions with competing vendors.  Buyers may at their sole discretion elect to display information on the portal either via "public comments" or through the open display of the decision matrix.
