Can anyone view posted requests from clients?

Only approved users from companies that have a contract with the USETPA (US Educational Technology Purchasing Alliance) may view requests. And vendors may only view requests for categories that have been approved by the USETPA. EX: If you are only approved for networking, then you will not be able to view VOIP requests, etc.

How does my company join the USETPA?

Go to the USETPA Web site ( and enter the Vendor information on the Register page. Within 24 hours you will receive an email (check your Spam/Junk folder) welcoming you to the USETPA and another email with all the documents and guides for joining the USETPA. If you need the information sooner, please call us at the number listed on the bottom of the website.

1) Call us and we can explain in about 10 min what you need and why it is required, including a quick walkthrough of the original RFP.

3) Read the Basic Instructions for Joining the USETPA thta has a list of all documents required for joining the USETPA.

4) Send us both an electronic copy of the documentation and an original of the signed documents.
